JM360 Connecting Rod Float Level Switch

Principle of action The connecting rod float level switch uses the principle of liquid buoyancy. When the float moves up and down due to buoyancy, the magnetic reed switch in the junction box is affected by the arm end magnet, and the "NC" contact and the "NO" contact are exchanged. The same principle is applied to the micro switch device. The magnet in front of the micro switch and the arm end magnet push the micro switch through mutual repulsion, resulting in "NC" and "NO" actions. Features can be selected as "micro switch" or "magnetic reed switch"; The micro switch can be applied to the material of the liquid receiving part with an operating temperature below 200°C. SUS304 or SUS316 flange specifications can be selected to order various floating ball specifications, and various liquids with different specific gravities can also be applied.
