JM230 Magnetic Float Level Gauge

The action principle magnetic flap level gauge is a type of on-site detection instrument. Its main material is stainless steel 304/316, plastic PVC, PP, PVDF, PFA material. The level gauge works according to the principle of buoyancy and magnetic coupling. When the liquid level in the tested container rises or falls, the float in the main conduit of the level gauge also rises or falls. The permanent magnetic steel inside the float is transmitted to the on-site indicator through magnetic coupling, driving the red and white flip columns to flip 180 °. When the liquid level rises, the flip column changes from white to red. When the liquid level drops, the flip column changes from red to white. The red and white boundaries of the indicator are the actual height of the medium liquid level in the container. The high and low liquid level magnetic switch is equipped to achieve an alarm. The purpose is to cooperate with liquid level remote transmission devices to achieve remote transmission and indication of liquid levels. Product features: PVC, PP, PVDF, PFA materials are suitable for strong acid and alkali environments; SUS304/316 metal material is suitable for high-temperature and high-pressure barrel slots. The junction box has a complete range of specifications, including plastic, aluminum alloy, and stainless steel explosion-proof types, with a protection level of IP-65 or above. ◆ Contact capacity 50W/250VACSPST or 30W/200VDCSPDT. The connecting flange has specifications such as DN, JIS, DIN, ANSI, etc; Teeth come in specifications such as G, R, PT, NPT, PF, BSP, etc. ◆ It can output analog or switch signals, and can perform multi-point control, making installation easy and cost saving.
