JM001 Thermal Mass Flow Switch

Product Overview: A precise and reliable flow sensing device designed using the principle of thermal diffusion, with a thermal mass flow relationship. The flow sensing rod contains two temperature sensors, one of which needs to be heated, so there is a temperature difference between the two temperature sensors. This temperature system is inversely proportional to the flow rate. The flow sensing rod and housing are made of stainless steel or engineering plastic, and there are no movable components, so there is no problem of component wear. Two precision adjustable resistor systems are used to set flow alarms and sensitivity. Product features: Compared with traditional blade type flow switches and piston type flow switches, thermal mass flow switches have higher sensitivity. The installation position is not limited, and there is no movable mechanical structure wear. Different materials can be used to measure liquids containing impurities. They are suitable for measuring different acidic and alkaline liquids. The flow rate and flow rate can be adjusted according to on-site needs, and can be applied to both large and small pipe diameters. There are three different signal output methods, and users can choose the appropriate combination method.
